What Is Elite?

Production Can Create
Company Ownership.

At many brokerages, reaching your cap simply means the commission split stops. REAL takes a different approach by giving qualifying producers the opportunity to receive company stock after reaching Elite benchmarks.

The program is designed to reward production, long-term commitment and meaningful contribution to the broader agent community.

Professional reviewing ownership and investment growth
Production + Contribution + Ownership Elite status can transform brokerage costs into a potential long-term equity opportunity.
The $24,000 Elite Opportunity

Two Awards.
One Powerful Incentive.

How to Qualify

Two Paths to
Elite Status.

Based on the 2025 program details provided, an agent may qualify by meeting either benchmark below.

Path One · Cap + Post-Cap Production

Reach the Full Annual Cap

$12,000 + $6,000

Pay the referenced $12,000 annual cap, then generate $6,000 in qualifying post-cap transaction fees during the applicable award period.

Path Two · High GCI

Reach the GCI Benchmark

$500K GCI

Earn at least $500,000 in Gross Commission Income and complete at least 10 transactions during the applicable period.

Confirm the current Elite qualification period, eligible transaction types, fee calculations and award rules directly with REAL before relying on these thresholds.

Why the Economics Stand Out

Your Elite Award Can
Exceed Your Cap.

Most brokerage cap systems only reduce future expenses. Elite adds a potential ownership reward after qualifying production.

This is a simplified comparison—not a cash rebate or guaranteed return. Stock value may fluctuate, awards vest over time and eligibility is subject to program terms.

Why Elite Is Different

More Than Recognition.
A Wealth-Building Model.

📈

Reward Production

Elite turns high production into an additional potential stock award instead of stopping at reduced brokerage fees.

📊

Create Ownership

Qualifying awards can give agents equity exposure to the company they help grow, subject to vesting and market risk.

🤝

Reward Contribution

The cultural award recognizes agents who strengthen the organization by helping other professionals succeed.

Cultural Contribution

Leadership Can Create
Additional Ownership.

The additional $8,000 opportunity is designed to reward approved contributions that make the entire agent community stronger.
