Welcome to the first step in unlocking our next level of success. At RISE, we know that true high performance is not about business tactics; it's about living a life of fulfillment and purpose. RISE is about elevating every area of our lives—mind, body, spirit, and business. We know, without a doubt, if we are thinking in higher quality ways, we will feel better, move better, and perform better. Business success is simply the inevitable result of this holistic approach.

Day One

The Blueprint
of Intent

Envision Our Future Selves

This is the VERY FOUNDATION of our rising. We are here to break the habit of being ourselves and create a new personality aligned with our highest purpose.

Break the habit of being ourselves.

Let's understand the science: The more we do this work, the more autonomously we live it. Thoughts fire neural pathways, leading to the release of chemicals that create new emotions. This sequence—

Thoughts
Chemicals
Emotions
Actions
Patterns
New Personalities
New Realities

—is the engine of our transformation.

This step requires us to TAKE SPACE AND TIME TO DO THIS, and yes, as a Broker. Let's find a quiet moment to fully immerse ourselves in the identity of the Ideal Us—the person we want to be as a soul, as a being. This is the non-negotiable, guiding North Star—the person we think about at every crossroads of decision: WHO DO WE WANT TO BE?!

Who do we want to be?!

This isn't just about income goals; it's about defining the Intent behind every single action and emotion that drives our fulfillment and purpose.

The Immersive
Envisioning Exercise

We must stop to REALLY THINK and REALLY FEEL what this life would be like. We are not just thinking about the future; we are momentarily LIVING IT by feeling the emotions.

One — Visualize

Close our eyes and see this person six months from now. See the light and energy in their eyes. Think about the small, intentional moments:

Energy & Physicality

Feel the energy and lightness in our body; we feel fully energized before the first cup of coffee. We breathe deeply.

Daily Habits

How do we make the bed first thing in the morning? How do we interact with the gas station cashier?

Sphere & Intent

What subjects are we talking about with friends—do we gossip, or do we lead people away from it? How do we approach the start of our workday?

Two — Feel It

Now, let the visualization become sensation. FEEL the AWE of being completely present. FEEL the EASE in our movements and decisions. FEEL the UNSHAKEABLE CONFIDENCE that comes from total integrity.

Emotional Resilience

We respond from intentional power, not emotional triggers. We feel a conscious, immediate sensation of calm flood our body when a challenge occurs.

Abundance

Feel the profound gratitude for the resources we already possess. Envision the feeling of "it is done"—of being wealthy in spirit, health, and love—and rehearse that emotion until it changes our chemistry.

The Dominant State

What is the dominant emotional state of the Ideal Us? HOLD THAT FEELING. LIVE IT NOW.

It is done.

Let's capture the essence of this whole person:

The Core Feeling

How do we feel? The dominant emotional state of the Ideal Us. (Example: Joy, Hope, Excitement, Deep Empathy, Unshakeable Confidence)

Actions & Habits

What time are we consistently awake and asleep? What specific act of presence (e.g., dedicated family time, meditation) do we complete daily? What 3 books/resources nourish our mind/spirit this quarter?

Movement & Presence

How do we move and hold ourselves (e.g., confident, grounded, focused)? How do we speak (e.g., clear, intentional, empathetic)? How is our physical energy and health managed?

Sphere & Style

What types of hobbies and passions do we prioritize? Who are the 5 people who elevate our soul? What is the feeling our personal life conveys (e.g., serenity, deep connection, vitality)?

The WHY:
Connecting to a Higher Purpose

The "Why" must be bigger than material gain. Material rewards are the result of change, not the reason for it.

WHY do we want to become this person? What larger purpose (serving our families, securing our legacy, providing community leadership, mastery of our craft, living a life of true freedom) does this transformation serve? Remember: If we continue to do what we've always done, we'll continue to get what we've always got. This is a time to RISE!

If we continue to do what we've always done, we'll continue to get what we've always got.

Day Two

Shadow
Work

Recognizing the Anchor

Growth requires recognizing the things that hold us down. This is not a time for shame or condemnation, but an exciting time of change and rebirth—the Phoenix Rising from the ashes of old habits.

What is one of the biggest things keeping us down?

Is it too much screen time or excessive happy hours?

Are we struggling with negative thought patterns or a draining sphere of influence?

Is it an unhealthy work environment, laziness, or poor eating habits?

Facing this honestly lessens its hold on us. Let's write down that one anchor habit or environment we commit to changing. Let's face it, talk about it, and beat it.

Let's face it, talk about it, and beat it.

The "Play the Tape Through" Rule

Throughout our day, we can keep a soft eye out for that feeling that might creep up on us and derail us, and stop it early in the process. Before acting on a low-leverage urge, let's play the tape through and think about the end goal.

Scenario

"I want to hit happy hour today."

Playing the Tape

Let's think about it... Is it really just happy hour, or is it happy hour, then the game at 6, throw a few more back, now we're buzzed up and having fun, and there's a second game on, turning into a full-blown frat party on a Tuesday (a bit extreme, but we get the point).

Playing the tape through ensures the decision and end goal align with the Ideal Us. This often gets us redirected. This isn't about winning every single moment; it's about percentages, small trend shifts. A 10% better swing is actually a 20% gain because we flipped the field from negative momentum to positive momentum.

Day Three

Defining Our
RISE Strategy

Now we build the bridge from where we are to the Ideal Us.

The Ideal Us: Actions

The Benefits: The Return on Intent

Emotion / Characteristic

(e.g., Proactive Focus)

Eliminates mental stress and guarantees the highest quality of thought and decision-making.

Action

(e.g., Limit all social scrolling to 15 mins/day)

Recaptures hours per week for deep connection with loved ones and personal development.

Action

(e.g., Schedule Deep Work blocks for 90 minutes daily)

Guarantees closure on major projects, fueling self-trust and momentum in all areas of life.

Action

(e.g., Practice gratitude before checking email)

Instantly shifts mood from reactive to intentional, improving energy, health, and presence.

THIS is the beginning of the RISE! Let's commit to 3-5 high-leverage actions and the characteristics that will define our next chapter.

After

The Calendar
Anchor

Daily 3-Minute Rehearsal

The Task

Schedule a 3-Minute Calendar Event every day—ideally right after waking or after your morning meditation/coffee. Set the reminder to include the title: "RISE Check-In: Feel the Ideal Us."

The Execution

During these three minutes, close your eyes and REHEARSE the dominant emotion and energy of your Ideal Self (from the "FEEL IT" section in Step 1). Do not analyze the day; simply bring the emotional signature of the person you want to become into your present moment.

Goal

Fire the new neural pathways daily & prevent the old, autonomous self from taking over.

Location

Commit to doing this at the exact same time and place every day. This creates a Sacred Space—your brain associates this specific location with your Ideal Self's energy. Performing the rehearsal here consistently helps you access that new emotional state more rapidly and prevents the environment from triggering old, distracting habits.

This small, consistent ritual is how we make the extraordinary, intentional feeling of RISE an ordinary, autonomous reality.
