The Five-Tier Structure: Building Your Passive Income
The core of the REAL Broker model is the Revenue Share program. It pays you to build a community of successful agents through five distinct tiers, funded by a portion of the commission split each agent pays to the company.
Tier 1: You receive up to $4,000 annually for every agent you directly sponsor, based on a 5% share of their gross commission.
Tier 2: You receive up to $3,200 annually for agents sponsored by your Tier 1.
Tier 3: You receive up to $2,400 annually for agents sponsored by your Tier 2.
Tier 4: You receive up to $1,600 annually for agents sponsored by your Tier 3.
Tier 5: You receive up to $800 annually for agents sponsored by your Tier 4.
The entire program is fueled by the agent's $12,000 annual cap. When a new agent joins, they list you as their sponsoring agent to ensure you receive credit.
For reference: A "Producing Agent" is defined as one who has contributed at least $450 in company dollars in the previous 8 months, which means they’ve earned a minimum commission of $3,000.
Unlocking Your Full Network Potential
The system is designed to reward productivity immediately. While you receive Tier 1 benefits by default, you must unlock Tiers 2 through 5. You can accomplish this quickly through two high-level achievements:
Capping: When you hit your annual cap at REAL, you automatically unlock Tiers 1–3 for the remainder of your capping year.
Elite Agent Status: Hitting the prestigious Elite Agent status automatically unlocks all 5 Tiers for the remainder of your capping year.
Tier 1 Production Requirement: Alternatively, achieving 25 producing agents in your Tier 1 network unlocks all 5 tiers indefinitely.
The Legacy: Retirement and Willable Income
The financial strategy at REAL Broker goes beyond your active sales career, aligning directly with the RISE Agent Network mission of longevity and security:
Willable Revenue Share: Your entire revenue share stream is fully willable. You can pass this passive income to your chosen beneficiaries indefinitely if you pass away. This benefit is unlocked incrementally: Being a producing agent for 5 years makes 100% of your revenue share stream willable.
Retirement Plan: You can step out of active production and continue to receive a portion of your revenue share indefinitely once you meet certain production tenure milestones: 5 years of production allows you to receive 100% of your revenue share indefinitely.
Co-Sponsorship: Spreading the Wealth & Support
REAL Broker was the first cloud brokerage to implement Co-Sponsorship—allowing an agent to name two sponsors when they join. This is done because REAL knows most agents speak to multiple people before joining.
The result is a culture of shared credit and collaboration. The revenue share is split 50/50 between the sponsors, and for the purpose of unlocking tiers, the new agent counts as one-half of a producing agent for each sponsor. This model fosters a sense of interconnected collaboration and ensures new agents immediately have two primary points of contact for support—a core value of the RISE Agent Network.
